Our Candidates

Walton

Gill Tovey

I'm a full-time financial services professional, a wife and mother to two grown up children.

I'm standing in Walton because I'm committed to supporting the needs of our community. I will challenge the council's fiscal decisions where necessary, to ensure that public funds are directed towards essential services and to projects that deliver real, demonstrable benefits to residents, all with greater transparency and accountability.

Wendy Hobbs, BEM

I have served my community well as a Solicitor and unpaid charity volunteer for over 10 years for seriously ill children and their families, for which I was proud to be awarded a UK Honour in 2025.

I am committed to focusing on local concerns, reducing waste, supporting businesses, protecting the green belt and working to create a positive change for us all.

My aim is to preserve the beautiful environment that we are so fortunate to be a part of.

Hersham

Carlos De Pommes

I'm Carlos. I've lived in the area for over 25 years, raised my daughter here and watched her go to the local school.

I've seen this community's frustration grow as services decline and residents are ignored. I'm standing to change that — bringing real accountability and common sense back to Hersham.

Harrison Allman-Varty

Harrison Allman Varty is a dedicated local resident, current councillor, and one of the youngest to serve in the role.

As a Reform UK candidate, he is committed to improving community services, supporting local businesses, and delivering transparent, accountable leadership that puts residents first and builds a stronger, more prosperous local area.

West Molesey

Larisa Marcu

Standing for Reform UK in West Molesey, I bring frontline healthcare leadership and real-world experience.

I understand responsibility and pressure. I don’t follow politics- I challenge it. I don’t make promises- I deliver results. I will demand higher standards, confront failure, and restore power, trust, and control back to the people.

Steve Bown

I have lived in the area for 30 years and have noticed a decline in the quality of service to our community with ever increasing costs.

It is evident that current councillors focus on their own political agendas, which do not match the needs of the community.

I intend to change that and make sure our new council is transparent.

Cobham & Oxshott South

Elaine Kingston

I am your Reform candidate Elaine Kingston, and I am proud to stand for election alongside Dr Nicholas Wood in the new ward of Cobham and Oxshott South to represent Reform UK.

I have lived in Cobham for 14 years and have from the outset been keenly involved with local issues. I am a trustee and committee member of the Cobham Heritage Trust.

Dr. Nicholas Wood

As one of our team of volunteers who work hard to improve Cobham and its surrounding villages, among other things, we hold open residents’ meetings, dealing with planning issues, maintain footpaths and look after common areas.

The Trust donates to and supports local charities and works with One Cobham, bringing our community together with events throughout the year.

Weybridge

Colin McFarlane

I’ve lived in Weybridge for 27 years with my partner Patricia and have two children and four grandchildren.

My priorities are completing the Health Centre rebuild, preventing harmful development, revitalising the town centre, repairing roads, protecting against flooding, and supporting local educational institutions.

I am committed to improving the quality of life for all residents, including those facing challenges.

Moira Gill

I’ve lived in Weybridge for over 30 years. Having commuted to London, worked as a consultant and been a local businesswoman, I understand the pressures people face.

I’m standing to bring fresh thinking and ensure residents and local businesses are heard. Doing the same thing won’t lead to a different result.

Ask yourself, are you getting what you wanted, or more of the same? Vote Reform.

Walton South & Oatlands

Joe Torreson

Like many others in Reform I have been inspired to stand as a candidate because I am passionate about making a real difference and being part of the solution.

I hope to bring a fresh perspective and use my experience in service delivery management to drive results.

Candida Brook

I have lived, worked and raised two boys in the community.

I welcome the opportunity to represent the needs and issues for the residents of Walton South & Oatlands such as anti-social behaviour in the town centre, potential 20 mph zones and potholes.

Let's secure a fair deal for LOCAL residents. Your concerns are mine too.

Thames Ditton and East Molesey

Paul Simmons

My name is Paul Simmons, Reform Party candidate for Thames Ditton and East Molesey.

I am a local businessman and a proud father of a 12-year- old autistic son, standing to tackle everyday challenges, support families, and give our communities a stronger voice.

Colin Greff

I’m Colin Greff. I am committed to serving the Thames Ditton & East Molesey community with integrity, transparency, and dedication.

I am a Thames Ditton resident and have lived in the Elmbridge area for 24 years. I understand the issues that matter most to residents – from protecting our green spaces, supporting local businesses to improving public services.

Long Ditton, Hinchley Wood & Weston Green

David Hall
Jim Torpey

A life-long Surrey resident, I have enjoyed a career as a Certified Accountant and Management Consultant.

My priority for East Surrey is to drive value for taxpayer's money, making sure that council tax is spent in a way that provides maximum benefit.

I am passionate about safeguarding green space and advocate re-purposing of empty office space to address housing needs.

I have lived locally with my family for over twenty years and care deeply about our community.

I am standing to protect our green spaces, strengthen local services, and support safe neighbourhoods.

I will work responsibly with residents, schools, health providers and businesses to balance growth with sustainability, good value for money, and fairness for everyone across our whole area.

Esher, Claygate & Oxshott North

Geoff Herbert

I have lived in Claygate all my life and am actively involved in the community as a member of the CVA Committee, the Claygate Lights Committee, and the Claygate Parish Council.

Our community is under increasing pressure. A lack of proper local planning is attracting developers in large numbers, and if the current proposals go ahead, our neighbourhoods will be fundamentally changed.

The time has come to stand up for our community and to protect our local Green Belt.

Art Salihu

I have lived in Surrey for almost a decade, and it is a pleasure to live in a prosperous county that has some of the best schools, innovations, industries, and sights.

However, the constant rise in taxing, whilst public services are declining, and our infrastructure flooding, will only continue and get worse under the other parties.

Only Reform UK can bring much needed change.
